现代实验室在检测分析中经常用到H2、C2H2、O2、N2、Ar、He等各种气体,传统的实验室供气方式是在每个用气点附近设置一个气瓶柜,造成重复建设,带来安全隐患,影响室内美观,集中供气因为它的安全,方便、经济、美观已成为为实验室发展和建设的大趋势。

集中供气,同种气体用气点多,且分集中布时采用。

Made up of central gas supply system / 集中供气系统的组成
1、Gas-source parts: cylinder (air supply) set cylinders placed in a specific room, through one-stage vacuum system (gas regulator or manifold) with gas under pressure into a low pressure gas.
气源部分:气瓶(气源)集中安置在特定的气瓶间,通过一级减压系统(气体减压器或汇流排)将高压气体转化成低压气体。

2、Piping parts: stainless steel pipeline to deliver the gas to the floor after equipment used in every room.
管道部分:经过(316#)不锈钢管道将气体送到各楼层各房间的仪器设备使用点。

3、Terminal part: the instrument is configured before cut-off valve and secondary pressure reducer, can make gas switches, precise adjustment and display air pressure.
终端部分:仪器前配置截止阀和二级减压器等,可以制作气路的开关,精确调整和显示气体压力。
