Clean room / 洁净室

Refers to the removal of contaminants particles, air space within the scope of the harmful air, bacteria, and the indoor temperature, cleanliness, chamber pressure, flow velocity and flow distribution, noise vibration and lighting, electrostatic control in a certain range of needs, and the specially designed room the. That is how regardless of external air conditions change, its interior can have both maintain the original setting characteristics of cleanliness, temperature and humidity and pressure etc performance requirements of clean.

是指将一定空间范围内之空气中的微粒子、有害空气、细菌等之污染物排除，并将室内之温度、洁净度、室内压力、气流速度与气流分布、噪音振动及照明、静电控制在某一需求范围内，而所给予特别设计之房间。亦即是不论外在之空气条件如何变化，其室内均能俱有维持原先所设定要求之洁净度、温湿度及压力等性能之特性。

Layout of processing plane in clean room should be reasonable and compact, only arranging necessary processing equipment and processes, studio with air cleanliness class requirements indoor. Processes with high level air cleanliness requirements should be arranged on the windward side. Processing equipment that is easy to produce pollution should be arranged closing to the air outlet position.

洁净室工艺平面布置应合理、紧凑，室内只布置必要的工艺设备，以及有空气洁净度等级要求的工序和工作室。洁净室内要求空气洁净度等级高的工序应布置在上风侧，易产生污染的工艺设备应布置在靠近回风口位置。

一般包括洁净区、准洁净区和辅助区三部分。为了在操作中尽量减少人活动产生的污染，人员在进入洁净区之前，必须更换洁净服并吹淋、洗澡、消毒，同时各种物件在送入洁净区前也必须经过净化处理，物料净化路线与人净路线应分开，如果物料与人员只能在同一处进入洁净室，也必须分门而入，物料先经过粗净化处理。
